We accept all major credit cards, checks, and debit card payments. For your convenience we do not charge any processing fees for credit or debit payments.

We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with excellent service. As part of our commitment to transparency and fair business practices, we want to inform you about our payment policies, including late payments.

Pre-payment:

Pre-payment will be required on Pro Se clients, out of state clients, and those cases in which extensive work will be required. Please note that pre-payment is only the actual cost of service. There may be other fees incurred due to the nature of the case or multiple addresses. In that event another invoice would be sent after service was complete and due upon receipt.

Returned Check Fee:

If a check is returned by your bank for any reason, a returned-check fee of 50% of the service fee is added to your outstanding invoice, along with any bank charges we incur as a result. These fees cover the cost of handling the returned payment.

Late Payment Fees:

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. A late payment fee of $10.00 is applied on the invoice date for any balance that is not paid, and for each week the balance remains overdue. At 30 days the invoice will be forwarded to our legal department for collection. Any other fees, such as collection fees, will be assessed along with the past due balance.

Grace Period:

There is no grace period; however, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this happens we request that an email be sent to our office explaining the situation. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions for our customers. If you are facing difficulties meeting your payment obligations, please reach out to us promptly to discuss potential alternative arrangements.

Notification:

To ensure you are aware of payments that are due, reminders are sent the day after the invoice was issued and on the 3rd and 5th day after payment was due.
